Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day from our Jersey City, NJ facility.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 are charged a flat shipping rate at checkout. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

 

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at itsdebb.co@gmail.com.

 

International Shipping

At this time we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to international shipping soon.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please reach out to us at itsdebb.co@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
